As made on the Deli. Enough for a hearty family meal.
1 packet of smoked tofu
1 red or green pepper
2 medium tomatoesódeseeded
1 medium onion
1/2 a bunch of parsley
1/2ó1 chilli (deseeded to taste)
1 or 2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of Sunflower Oil
Chop all the ingredients and mix together in a large bowl. Toss with the sunflower oil
Season and enjoy!
